Notice on Staggered Vacation Initiative
Dear Colleagues
To enhance our humanistic care and align with global best practices, we’re launching an annual staggered vacation program starting this year.
All employees are entitled to a 2-week paid vacation between July and September. This arrangement ensures workflow continuity while letting you recharge.
Sales team members, please communicate your leave plans with clients in advance, designating colleagues to cover responsibilities during your absence.
Submit vacation schedules to HR by May 15th. Managers will coordinate to avoid operational gaps.
